• Journal Entry Upgrades: Enabled the automated reversal of adjusting journal entries and introduced the ability to post entries directly from imported files, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
• Global Reporting Improvements: Added filters for GL Code, Fund, and Cost Centers, in addition to enhanced budget balance calculations and Global Date Range parameters, offering greater precision and flexibility in financial reporting.
• Cost Centers Integration: Integrated Smartwebs Cost Centers with AvidStrongroom as “Departments,” thereby improving financial alignment and consistency across systems.

2. Empowering Violation Management

• Closed Violations Enhancements: Improved mass-closing functionality with attached images and aligned Closed Letter logic with Open Violations, including better address flexibility and updated merge fields.
• Unit Tags & Filtering: Expanded tag options and added advanced filtering for compliance reports, ensuring precise data tracking and reporting.
• Tenant Communication Flexibility: Introduced merge fields for addressing letters to “Current Resident” or alternate addresses, improving outreach to tenant-based units.

3. Optimizing Resident Portal Features

• Collection Status Transparency: Added clear collection status displays, complete with links to attorney details. As a result, residents remain informed about their account standing with greater transparency and ease.
• Zego Pay Integration: Allowed residents to pay assessments via Zego Pay, offering more payment flexibility.
• Improved Messaging for Payments: Enhanced clarity around processing times for payments in the Resident Portal, ensuring residents have a better understanding of their transactions.

4. Elevating User Efficiency

• Performance Improvements: Boosted speed for PDF generation, bank account reconciliation, and statement processing, minimizing wait times.
• Expanded Multi-Association Functionality: Enabled recurring charges and streamlined workflows across multiple associations with a single request.
• Vendor Management Enhancements: Added support for managing multiple types of insurance per vendor, making compliance tracking easier.

5. Enhanced Reporting & Data Management

• Global Reporting Logic: We introduced enriched filtering and configuration options for Budget and General Ledger reports. Additionally, we included enlarged report previews, thereby providing better readability and an improved user experience.
• Receipts Statements Report: Rolled out a new report showcasing A/R activity by homeowner and charge code.
• Prepayment Tracking: Recognized prepaid deposits on the Deposit Report for clearer financial records.
