Founder Story
In 2005, Smartwebs was founded by CEO Shawn Fielding with one clear goal: simplify the complicated world of HOA management. After years of experiencing firsthand how disjointed systems slowed teams down, Shawn set out to build a modern, cloud-based solution that brought everything into one connected workflow.
What began as a vision for cleaner processes and stronger community support evolved into one of the industry’s leading All-In-One platform for HOA management companies and self-managed associations.
